Job Summary:
Astrum Energy is Nigeria's number 1 full-service solar energy provider. They are seeking to fill up a Business Development Executive role in their organization. The ideal candidate must be target driven and dogged. You are to develop, acquire new businesses and drive sales of all products, packages and increase the business unit sales portfolio.

- Acquisition of sales prospects
- Maintain strategic relationships with customers, resellers, professional networks, key stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and industry players to boost sales sustainability
- Identify new business relationships that will increase sales growth and profitability
- Work closely with team members to identify sales opportunities and generate new businesses
- Develop and plan effective sales strategies that drive products, package sales revenue growth
- Provide customer service to ensure products sales and installation targets are met as and when due
- Ensure all sales activities are aligned and integrated towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets
- Provide expert advice to the team on forecasting, budgeting, and planning sales in line with business goals.
- Participate in developing relevant learning programs that will have a positive effect on achieving sales objectives
- Prospect customers and sales drive to key customer proposal meetings and project discussions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports
- Participate in Sales planning
- Minimum of OND or its equivalent
- 3years of verifiable experience in sales or in a similar role
- Must have knowledge of Digital marketing and online sales
- Good Knowledge of customer acquisition and retention
